Ban on TET certificate issue lifted- Rahasthan RTET
JAIPUR : A division bench of the Rajasthan High Court has lifted the ban placed by a single judge bench of the high court on the issuance of TET (RTET) certificates to those candidates who have been given special concession by the state government by amending guidelines of exam issued by NCTE.A division bench of Chief Justice Arun Mishra and Justice Bela M Trivedi passed the order lifting the ban placed by a single judge on the ground that the single bench was not having jurisdiction to hear and pass any order on a writ petition challenging any guidleines issued under the Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) Act as it has a statutory force
