The only grievance of the petitioner is that she has submitted application form for Teacher Eligibility Test in different districts. Only along with one application form in one district original copy of bank draft remitting fee, so deposited, was submitted and in other districts photostat copy of above bank draft is appended. The District in which form along with original copy of bank draft was submitted was served late and therefore it has been returned to the petitioner from the said district. She submits that the district in which her application reached in time i.e. respondent no.2, may be directed to accept the original bank draft.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly stated that since there is no fault on the part of petitioner, the same may be accepted.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit original bank draft, copy whereof was appended by him along with application form sent to respondent No.2, by 14th March, 2012 and in case aforesaid bank draft is produced by that date, the respondent No.2 shall accept the same.
