The petitioners admittedly have not passed the Teacher Eligibility Test. Even if the arguments are accepted, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioner so long as they are deficient in this qualification.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed at this stage without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners to approach the court for any relief in case the petitioners are able to clear the T.E.T. Examinations and fresh posts are available for appointment.
