The result of KVS is a surprise as Gen and OBC category is equal, How it is possible? Even SC and St are not for behind. It appears that the reservation policy is not implemented in true spirit.

KVS is not following the reservation policy. I am fighting the court case against KVS for this

ReplyDeleteYou must. KVS is not above law. On one hand, efforts are on to bring Private bodies to implement reservation policy of the Govt as they take a lot of benefits from the Govt and this country, moreover, they have social responsibilities too but on the other hand KVS itself is running away from Govt's reservation policy. How the commission for backward and scheduled classes are sleeping?
I wrote to the commission for Sc ST, commission for OBC , Ministry of HRD,DOPT and to many MPs but no one has done anything.In the recruitment for Principal 2012 the cut off for OBC is 56.6 while for general it is 51. Challenging this blunder by KVS 12 no of OAs have been filed in different benches of CAT. I also came to Know through RTI that KV never followed the reservation policy.
