बीएसए डॉ. ओपी राय को कई दिनों से शिकायतें मिल रही थी कि रमियाबेहड़ ब्लॉक के नाम पर एक दफ्तर में शहर के नई बस्ती मोहल्ले में एक कमरे में चल रहा है। यहां गोपनीय अभिलेख भी रखे गए हैं और सर्विस बुक के नाम पर टीचरों से वसूली भी की जा रही है। इस शिकायत पर सोमवार की सुबह नई बस्ती मोहल्ले में बताए गए पते पर छापा मारा गया। यहां से तमाम गोपनीय फाइलें, टीचरों की सर्विस बुक बरामद हुई हैं।
यहां काम कर रहे लोग बीईओ का इस बाबत कोई आदेश नहीं दिखा सके। साथ ही अगर फीडिंग का काम हो रहा था तो फिर यहां महत्वपूर्ण अभिलेख और टीचरों की सर्विस बुक कहां से आ गईं। जो भी अभिलेख, सर्विस बुकें बरामद हुई हैं सभी को जब्त कर लिया गया है। उधर रमियाबेहड़ के बीईओ सत्यप्रकाश ने बताया कि उनको प्रकरण की जानकारी नहीं है। मेरे ब्लाक का कोई आफिस चलने की भी सूचना मेरे पास नहीं है।

अम्बेडकरनगर। प्लीज मंत्री जी! घर के स्कूल में तैनाती करा दो। दूर स्कूल से दिक्कत हो रही है। सास ससुर बीमार हैं। बच्चों की परवरिश में दिक्कत आ रही है। माता पिता की तबीयत खराब रहती है और सेवा करने में दिक्कत हो रही है। जी हां यह सच है कि बेसिक स्कूलों में तैनात सभी शिक्षिकों को अपने घर के बगल के स्कूल में ही तैनाती चाहिए। वे बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री और सत्ताधारी दल के नेताओं की चौखट नाप रहे हैं और बीएसए से सिफारिश करवा रहे हैं।मंत्री से लेकर सपा नेताओं के सिफारिश वाले पत्रों का बीएसए कार्यालय में अम्बार लग गया है।

परिषदीय स्कूलों की शिक्षा रामभरोसे है। कहीं शिक्षक कम तो कहीं शिक्षामित्र के भरोसे पांच पांच कक्षा की शिक्षा व्यवस्था है। उस पर विडम्बना यह कि बीते दिनों सवा से अधिक शिक्षक और प्रधानाध्यापक सेवानिवृत हो गए। फिलहाल सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के आदेश पर मौके पर बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग व्यवस्थापन कर रहा है ताकि एकल विद्यालय न रहे और सुचारू शिक्षण कार्य से शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार किया जा सके। पहले चरण में महिला और विकलांग को तैनात किया जा रहा है। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग की कवायद का ऐसा असर है कि किसी की सास बीमार है तो किसी के ससुर की तबीयत खराब हो गई है। किसी के बच्चे छोटे हैं तो कोई पति के भी नौकरी में होने से दूरी पर दिक्कत का सामना कर रही है। कोई शासनादेश का हवाला देकर घर या घर के बगल के स्कूल में अपनी तैनाती के लिए मंत्री से लेकर नेताओं तक की और सचिव से लेकर बीएसए तक की सिफारिश कर रहे हैं।


    दूरी अधिक से आने जाने में है फहमीदा को दिक्कत

शिक्षा क्षेत्र टांडा के प्राथमिक विद्यालय अवसानपुर में प्रधानाध्यापिका पद पर फहमीदा खातून तैनात है। फहमीदा खातून ने बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री/नेता प्रतिपक्ष अहमद हसन को प्रार्थना पत्र दिया है। मंत्री को दिए प्रार्थना पत्र में घर से विद्यालय की दूरी अधिक होने से आने जाने में काफी दिक्कत होना बताया है और मंत्री से शिक्षा क्षेत्र टांडा कि प्राथमिक विद्यालय खरखहिया अथवा पीएस बूधीपुर में तैनात कराने की मांग की है। प्रार्थना पत्र में प्राथमिक विद्यालय अवसानपुर कीं प्रधानाध्यापिका ने फहमीदा खातून बताया है कि उसके पति शाहिदुलहक प्राथमिक विद्यालय गोपालपुर में तैनात है। इससे और भी दिक्कत हो रही है। बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री अहमद हसन ने सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद को फहमीदा खातून की इच्छित विद्यालय में तैनाती कराने का आदेश दिया है।

    मीसम को चाहिए गृह कस्बे में तैनाती

मीसम रजा पुत्र जहीर हसन मोहल्ला उस्मानपुर कस्बा जलालपुर के निवासी है। वे शिक्षा क्षेत्र भियांव के प्राथमिक विद्यालय निमटिनी के प्रधानाध्यापक हैं। उनके अनुसार उनके माता पिता तबीयत खराब रहती है। माता पिता की देखभाल उन्हे ही करना पड़ता है। इससे विद्यालय आने जाने में दिक्कत होती है। वे अपना स्थानांतरण उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय हाफिजपुर अथवा जलालपुर के निकटतम किसी रिक्त उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में कराने की मांग मंत्री अहमद हसन से करते सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद को आदेशित करने की। मंत्री अहमद हसन ने सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद को मीसम रजा के इच्छित विद्यालय में तैनाती कराने का आदेश बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के सचिव को दिया है और प्राथमिकता के आधार पर तैनाती कराने को कहा है।


    पत्नी के विद्यालय के निकट चाहिए नसीमुद्दीन को तैनाती

शिक्षा क्षेत्र रामनगर के प्राथमिक विद्यालय मंसूरगंज के प्रधानाध्यापक नसीमुद्दीन हैं। उनकी पत्नी साबेकुन्नेहार प्राथमिक विद्यालय मोहिउद्दीनपुर शिक्षा क्षेत्र टांडा में तैनात हैं। नसीमुद्दीन ने मंत्री अहमद हसन को पत्र देकर अपने और पत्नी के तैनाती वाले विद्यालय में 50 किमी की दूरी होना बताया है। अपील की है कि उसका स्थानांतरण पत्नी की तैनाती वाले विद्यालय के निकट कराने की मांग की है। पति-पत्नी के सेवा में होने की दशा में उनके विद्यालयों में अधिकतम सात किमी की दूरी होने के शासनादेश का हवाला दिया है। मंत्री से शिक्षा क्षेत्र टांडा के प्राथमिक विद्यालय फरीदपुर कुतुब या पीएस लालापुर में तैनात कराने की मांग की है। मंत्री अहमद हसन ने सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद को नसीमुद्दीन के इच्छित विद्यालय में तैनाती कराने का आदेश दिया है।


    यूथ बिग्रेड अध्यक्ष ने मेराज की सिफारिश

शिक्षा क्षेत्र रामनगर के प्राथमिक विद्यालय अन्नापुर में प्रधानाध्यापक मेराज हुसैन निवासी मोहल्ला वाजिदपुर कस्बा जलालपुर है। वे अपनी पारिवारिक परेशानियों का हवाला देकर घर के निकट किसी स्कूल में तैनाती की तमन्ना रखते है। उन्होने मुलायम सिंह यादव यूथ बिग्रेड के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मोहम्मद एबाद से गुहार लगाई। मोहम्मद एबाद ने मंत्री अहमद हसन को सिफारिशी पत्र लिखा है कि मेराज हुसैन की तैनाती उनके घर के निकट करा दें। बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री एवं नेता प्रतिपक्ष अहमद हसन ने यूथ बिग्रेड के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मोहम्मद एबाद के सिफारिश पर सहमति की मुहर ही नहीं लगाई है वरन् सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद को आदेशित किया है प्राथमिकता पर मेराज हुसैन की इच्छा के अनुसार तैनाती का आदेश दिया है

UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination 2016 last date 27th May-2016

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold preliminary screening test for the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2016 for recruitment to the Indian Forest Service Officers commencing from07/08/2016.

The pattern of the Indian Forest Service Examination 2015 has been changed and candidates for IFS Examination 2016 needs to appear in the Indian Civil Service Examination (Preliminary) 2016 for the same. Therefore candidates needs to apply for Indian Civil Service Examination 2016 to appear in Indian Forest Service Examination 2016.

Eligibility:

• Posts : 110 approx.
• Age : Not less than 21 years and not more than 32 years as on 1st August 2016. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree of any recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
• Number of attempts: The maximum number of attempts permissible to different categories of aspirants, who are otherwise eligible, will be as (i) General Category - 6 attempts, (ii) OBC - 9 attempts (iii) SC/ST - No limit

Fee: Candidates applying (excepting Female/SC/ST/PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination are required to pay a fee of Rs.100/- either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/ State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit card.

Paper Pattern

IFS 2016 Paper Pattern:-

A. PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION:-

 

The Examination shall comprise of two compulsory Papers of 200 marks each. 

 

Note:

 

(i)   Both the question papers will be of the objective type (multiple choice questions). 

(ii)  The General Studies Paper-II of  the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be a qualifying paper  with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%. 

(iii) The question papers will be set both in Hindi and English. 

(iv)  Candidates must write the papers in their own hand. In no circumstances will they be allowed the help of a  scribe  to write  the answers  for  them. However,  Low Vision candidates  (minimum 40% impairment) will  be allowed  to write  the examination with  the  help  of  a  scribe.  Low  Vision  candidates will also  be allowed an extra time of forty minutes for each paper @ twenty minutes per hour. Each paper will be of two hours duration. 

 

B. MAIN EXAMINATION:-

 

(A) The written examination consisting of the following papers:­

 

Paper I  - General English  - 300 Marks 

Paper II   - General Knowledge - 300 Marks 

Paper III / Paper IV / Paper V / Paper VI - Any two subjects to be selected from the list of for each the optional subjects set given below Each subject will have two papers - 200 marks

 

(B) Interview for Personality Test (See Part (C) of Section II of this Appendix) of such candidates as may be called by the Commission - Maximum Marks: 300 Marks

Provided that the candidates will not be allowed to offer the following combination of subjects:

(f)  Of the Engineering subjects viz. Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering- not more than one subject; 

 

General:-

 

1. All the question papers for the examination will be of conventional (essay) type. 

2. ALL QUESTION PAPERS MUST BE ANSWERED IN ENGLISH. QUESTION PAPERS WILL BE SET IN ENGLISH ONLY.

3.  The duration of each of the papers referred to above will be three hours. 

 

Candidates should note that there will be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers.
