Doubts/Queries/Answer Needed -

UPTET  exam is going to conduct as per NCTE norms, As NCTE is Acadmic Authority to Specify Rules for TET as per RTE Act.

However it is still unclear to me that UPTET marks are only qualifying in nature OR its marks can be used for weighatage in selection as in Government Order for UPTET 2013 it may be not mentioned.)
(I have not seen in UPTET 2013 G.O.)

Earlier TET exam made as only Qualifying exam and new advt. for 72825 comes with UPTET 2011 as only Qualifying exam and its marks has no significance.

One side marks are also given in exam and other side certificate of eligibility is going to given.

Candidates are discussing that there is relaxation for B. Ed candidates till 2014 but in new advt. they are unable to see B. Ed qualification for UPTET-Primary level Exam.
And they are under impression that relaxation is for recruitment purpose and not for TET purpose as a large quantity of B. Ed candidates already passed TET exam and State can take relaxation if insufficient number of candidates available after 1st Jan. 2012.
