Petitioner has made a representation on 18.9.2017 before the Secretary Basic Education Board, U.P. Allahabad with the prayer for her transfer from District Etah to District Aligarh on the ground that her husband is posted in Bulandshahar and her parents-in-law are� old and ailing and are residing� at Aligarh.
Shri Y.S. Bohra, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 stated that claim of the petitioner is belated in view of the� Judgement of this Court in Writ-A No. 2868 of 2018, Bibha Singh Kushwahs and other Vs. State of U.P., therefore, she is not entitled for any relief.
Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
